Her background in Mathematics and Statistics has given her a unique edge during her tenure as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Quality, Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic and International, and as the Vice Chancellor of Malaysia's largest public university. She is
a recipient of the Affin Invikta x Malaysia's Top 30 Women of Excellence Awards 2024and serves as the Chairperson of the Committee for Establishing Categories and Criteria for the National Quality Assurance Awards (NQAA 2025).

She is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer with several years of experience conducting trainings under MQATC. Her expertise in executing strategic plans and driving impactful results is noteworthy.
