Her background in Mathematics and Statistics has given her an added advantage during her tenure as Assistant Vice Chancellor for Quality, Deputy Vice Chancellor Academic and International and as the Vice Chancellor of the largest public university in Malaysia.

She has conducted many trainings under MQATC for the past several years. Her experiences in making thing happen, developing and executing strategic plans are worth noted. She is a trained problem solver and ever willing to sit down and diagnose your personal, business and organisational current state to bring about your potential to meet your future vision. Tools like mind-mapping, speedreading, mindfulness, negotiation dealing, managing budget and dealing with constraints are not alien to her.
