Mohamed Roslan B Sallehuddin is an experienced IT trainer and consultant with a strong focus on IT Service Management, Project Management, and Systems Architecture. With more than 30 years of professional experience, he has held senior management roles in Telekom Malaysia as well as local private and public-listed IT companies. His career began as a systems engineer in TM, where he progressed to lead TMnet, one of Malaysia’s largest internet service providers at the time.

Throughout his career, Roslan has been actively involved in numerous IT service management, telecommunications, and technology projects for TM, its customers, and other organisations under the companies he has led. He has also facilitated information systems and technology planning sessions for both Telekom Malaysia and private-sector clients, helping organisations align technology capabilities with business needs.

Roslan is a certified HRDF trainer and a MIMOS Accredited AI Trainer, with professional certifications in ITIL, PMP, and TOGAF. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Cranfield University. His expertise includes IT service management and operations, IT and telco project management, systems and network planning, as well as AI office productivity and document analysis.
